Numerous documents govern HOAs in Colorado. You can find a breakdown of the varying levels here.

Declaration/CC&Rs

Our declaration/covenants, conditions, and restrictions are filed with Boulder County. They were consolidated in 2010, amended in 2012, and amended once again in 2025.

Articles of Incorporation

Rainbow Ridge HOA is a nonprofit registered with the State of Colorado. Its articles of incorporation are here

Policies

State law mandates HOAs have a number of policies. Our versions of these policies are here.

Note that many of these policies were initially adopted when state law originally required them in the early 2010s, but due to an absence of signed copied the Board re-adopted them in early 2026.
